Custom mural in multi-tenant corridor
Custom mural in multi-tenant corridor

The interior construction of Crystal City Tech's open floor office space took less than nine weeks to complete and offers sweeping views of the Potomac River and Washington, DC. The large flexible-use space features white-board walls, collaborative work areas and private meeting spaces. The multi-purpose room opens up to the main office space by a moveable garage door partition and can be converted for large seminars, events, and training sessions. Finishes to the space include open ceilings with high-tech light fixtures, glass and millwork features, uniquely stained concrete floors, and a custom mural in the multi-tenant corridor.

SIGAL provided construction services for the build-out of Crystal Tech Fund, a multi-tenant corridor and an elevator lobby on the 10th floor of an occupied office building.
