This project consisted of the build-out of the first 7 floors in the Bowen Building, a previous SIGAL project.  Paul Hastings, LLP included a very high-end millwork package that featured an uncommon Tamo wood finish throughout the offices and core building areas (Tamo is an exotic wood grown only in Japan).  Work included intricate millwork at perimeter offices, secretary stations and elevator lobbies, a 3 story stone and wood feature wall, custom sidelights and clerestories at the perimeter offices.  A conference center with extensive millwork, fabric panels and stone was constructed on the ground floor.  Additionally, a new custom glass staircase was installed to connect the top 3 floors.
