The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, formerly NIMA, received a renovation of 3 levels above-grade and 1 level below-grade.  The existing photo lab/processing facility were converted into offices and an auditorium.  The scope included structural rehabilitation, removal of all equipment and utilities, and the installation of new systems.  This transformation was completed by relocating the existing stairwells and elevators and adding 2 new stairwells.  An existing mechanical penthouse was converted into an auditorium complete with portable stage, theatre-style seating and A/V equipment.  A conference room and offices were constructed and new mechanical, electrical and communication systems were installed.
