The new Community Center's exterior features a brick facade, CSMU watertable, perimeter stud framing and sheathing, a sloped shingle roof, metal panels, louvered dormers and cupola, flat rooming, architectural columns, and monumental size windows. The Community Center's first floor is now host to a lobby, rehearsal and large seating areas, arts and crafts, dance, offices, closets, storage, and toilet rooms. A 1,800 SF basement keeps the mechanical and electrical equipment. Site work included brick, concrete and asphalt paving, sidewalks, curb & gutter, on-grade parking lots, dumpster, and transformer areas.
