The project, located at 2013 H Street NW, includes the construction of a new office building with the preservation and renovation of the exterior walls of 2 existing brick structures on site: a 3 story townhouse along H Street and a 2 story carriage house at the back of the property.  The new building is a 7 story structure with a partially underground lower level, 

2 story lobby, 2 elevators, green roof and tenant fit-out throughout all 7 floors.  The scope included underpinning and maintaining facade of the existing adjacent townhouse, building a new concrete post tension structure, and new facade including curtainwall / EIFS.

The HSC Foundation is LEED® NC v2.2 Gold certified.
