The new interior construction of SIGAL's corporate offices coincided with the company's 2006 move from Georgetown to Crystal City, Virginia.  The offices feature high-end finishes including marble floors, glass sidelights, elegant energy efficient pendant light fixtures, custom millwork and casework, and built-in work stations.  

Sustainable highlights include: energy and water efficiency, recycled materials, regional content, low VOC emitting materials, construction IAQ plan, and a dense urban setting. 

Awards Won:
NAIOP Northern Virginia Award of Excellence

The SIGAL Construction Corporate Offices are LEED® CI v2.0 Silver certified.  It was the first LEED CI project of any certification level in Arlington County.
