At the core of investment-grade commercial real estate transactions is the due diligence process during which risks are evaluated and measured against the performance of any particular property. While there are a host of analyses that comprise the greater whole of the due diligence effort, there's one aspect for which the SIGAL Team can offer its expertise and experience.

Specifically, we can help with physical and environmental studies to determine the likely presence of asbestos, the state of current building core systems (MEP, fire life safety) and vertical transport, as well as the conditions of both architectural elements and physical structure. Taking our efforts in this regard one step further, we will  also prepare studies and preliminary budgets that consider possible renovations and/or or site improvements, especially for instances when an owner is considering the possible acquisition of a property.
